THE WORK
BEHIND GROWTH.

Attention is only the start. We built the Attention → Action model to carry it all the way to enquiries, sales and sign-ups.

The Attention → Action model

FROM CLUTTER TO CLARITY

Digital marketing has never had more channels, tools and tactics. We cut it down to two questions.

ATTENTIONACTION.

How do we earn the right attention? We find the people most likely to act, the message that lands with them and the places they already spend time.

How do we turn that attention into action?Every bit of attention gets somewhere to go: an enquiry, a sale, a sign-up, tied to a goal the business cares about. If it leads nowhere, we don’t spend on it.

Every channel, post, ad and automation has to answer one of these questions. If it answers neither, it’s clutter.

It’s a loop, not a funnel. What converts shows us which attention to go after, so the work gets sharper the longer it runs.

How the model works

Growth marketing builds the loop. AI automation keeps it running.

01Growth marketingBuild the loop.

Strategy, content, paid media, search, websites and brand partnerships, planned as one system instead of six separate jobs, so every channel pushes toward the same result.

Let’s talk growth
  • 01 Digital strategy
  • 02 Content marketing
  • 03 Paid advertising
  • 04 Search engine optimisation
  • 05 Web design
  • 06 Brand partnerships
02AI marketing automationKeep it running.

Less repetitive work, more room to think. We find where your team loses hours, then build AI workflows that handle the routine and leave the judgement calls to people.

It started with a music blog.

The Fuss grew a real audience before we ever called it growth marketing. Everything since, from client campaigns to the products we run, comes from the same habit: understand what matters to people, build for it, keep learning.

01

Start with the real problem.

Understand the business before choosing the tactics.

02

Action over theatre.

Clear priorities and practical systems. Work that ships, not decks that sit in a folder.

03

Pay attention.

Measure what works, drop what doesn’t, keep improving.

Have something in mind?

WHAT NEEDS
ATTENTION?

A growth problem, a workflow that eats your week or an idea you want to test. Tell us about it.

Based in Johannesburg. Working with teams anywhere.

No packages. Here’s how it works.

  1. Tell us what you’re working on.
  2. We reply within two working days to set up a call.
  3. A 30-minute working session on your business. You leave with at least one thing worth acting on, whether or not we work together.
  4. If there’s a fit, we send a proposal built around what we heard.
